HomeMy WebLinkAbout19247I 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 ORDINANCE NO. 19,247 AN ORDINANCE TO CREATE A REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT ADVISORY BOARD FOR THE PORT OF LITTLE ROCK REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO.2 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS; APPOINTING THE INITIAL MEMBERS OF THE ADVISORY BOARD; AND PRESCRIBING OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO. WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has created the Port of Little Rock Redevelopment District No. 2 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Little Rock Ordinance No. 19,003, a redevelopment district advisory board shall be formed, by ordinance, which includes representation from the district, any affected public school district, and appropriate representation from other taxing jurisdictions and the community; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Section 1. The Port of Little Rock Redevelopment District Advisory Board is hereby created pursuant to the requirements of Little Rock Ordinance No. 19,003. Section 2. The initial members of the Advisory Board shall be: Name Representing Larry Alman Little Rock Port Authority Gary P. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of this ordinance, which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of this ordinance. Section 4. Repealer. All ordinances or resolutions of the City in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. PASSED: December 7, 2004.
