A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS FOR THE PURCHASE
OF POLICE AUTOMOBILES AND ELECTRIC WIRE TO BE
USED BY THE PARKS DEPARTMENT; AUTHORIZING PAY-
MENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS , invitation for bids have been duly published and
bids received in accordance therewith for the purchase of three
police automobiles and 6 ,400 feet of electrical wire to be used
by the Parks Department; and
WHEREAS , the lowest responsible and responsive bids based
on said invitations have been determined and it is the desire
of the Board of Directors to award contracts accordingly.
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK , ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Contracts are hereby awarded to the following
successful bidders for the above identified items :

SECTION 2 . Upon delivery of the above identified items
complying in all respects with bidding requirements and speci-
fications , the City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby
authorized to issue the necessary warrant or warrants in payment
thereof.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
