A RESOLUTION EMPLOYING JAMES MADIGAN & COMPANY
TO AUDIT MODEL CITIES ACCOUNTS ; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. James Madigan & Company , Certified Public
Accountants is hereby employed as auditor for the purpose
of examining Model Cities accounts and in such capacity shall
serve at the direction of the Board of Directors .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
