A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR LANDSCAPING
WORK AT FRATERNAL CEMETERY; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS , invitation to bid was duly advertised and bids
received pursuant thereto according to law for the performance
of landscaping at Fraternal Cemetery; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible and responsive bidder
has been determined and it is the desire of the Board of
Directors to award a contract from the lowest responsible and
responsive bidders.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The lowest responsible and responsive bid on
landscaping work to be done at Fraternal Cemetery has been
received and determined and a contract is hereby awarded to
Arkansas Landscape Contractors for contract amount of $9 ,200 .00 .
SECTION 2 . Upon completion of the said landscaping work
complying in all respects with bidding requirements and specifi-
cations , the City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby
authorized to issue the necessary warrant or warrants in payment
of said contract price .
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
