A RESOLUTION REJECTING CONTRACTOR'S BID ON
CITY WIDE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE II-
STAGE II; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the only bid received for proposed construction
on the project identified as City Wide Drainage Improvements
Phase II-Stage II far exceeds the funds allocated for said
project, it is the desire of the Board of Directors to reject
the bid and authorize rebidding the project.
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The bid of Ben M. Hogan Company for construction
of improvements in the City Wide Drainage Improvements Project,
Phase II-Stage II is hereby rejected and the City Manager is
authorized to rebid the project.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
