A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR STREET
RESURFACING AND AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
SLURRY SEAL COATING AND OTHER SUPPLIES AND
EQUIPMENT; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised and bids
received pursuant thereto according to law for resurfacing of
city streets and slurry seal coating as well as other supplies
and equipment to be used by the City; and
WHEREAS , the lowest responsible and responsive bidders
have been determined and it is the desire of the Board of Dir-
ectors to authorize the resurfacing and slurry seal coating of
streets in the City of Little Rock and the purchase of other
supplies and equipment .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The lowest responsible and responsive bids on
a contract to resurface and apply slurry seal coating to streets
in the City of Little Rock and for the purchase of other items
of equipment for use by the city are hereby accepted and contracts
awarded as follows :

SECTION 2 . Upon completion of the work and/or delivery of
the above identified items , complying in all respects with bidding
specifications , the City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized to issue the necessary warrant or warrants in
payment of same.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
