RESOLUTION RECEIVING PLANS AND APPOINTING
ASSESSORS IN THE METROCENTRE IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 1 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Metrocentre Improvement
District No. 1 of Little Rock, Arkansas, have filed the plans for
improvement, and the estimated cost thereof, as required by Section 12
of the Central Business Improvement District Act; and
WHEREAS, it appears that said plans for the improvement are
as prayed for in the Petition, and that said estimate of costs is to be
charged against the real property within the District:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, that the
making of the assessment of benefits for said improvement be undertaken,
and that C. V. Barnes, William R. Meeks, Jr. , and James H. Larrison
are hereby appointed as Assessors to assess the benefits to be realized
by each lot, block, or other subdivision of land in the said District.
