A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE LITTLE
ROCK PORT AUTHORITY; FIXING THE TERMS OF SAID
APPOINTMENTS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS, inadvertently the expiration date of certain
terms of appointees to the Little Rock Port Authority at
times are inconsistent with provisions of Section 32-2 of
the Code of Ordinances ; and
WHEREAS , it is the desire of the Board of Directors
to restructure all terms of all members of said Authority
so as to be consistent with said Section 32-2 of the Code
of Ordinances .
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby
appointed as members of the Little Rock Port Authority for
terms expiring on the dates set forth opposite each such
named individual :
Dabbs Sullivan July 6 , 1975
Hardy L. Winburn July 6 , 1976
E. A. Bowen , Jr. July 6 , 1977
Bart Roach July 6 , 1978
Fred I . Brown July 6 , 1979
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
ADOPTED: June 4, 1974
