A RESOLUTION MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE LITTLE ROCK
PLANNING COMMISSION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Mr. James H, Garner is hereby appointed as Commissioner
to the Little Rock Planning Commission to fill the unexpired term of
John A. Griffey, which term expires November 1, 1975.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
