A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED TO MRS . MARGARET PONTICHEK
FOR PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS ,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas are hereby authorized and directed to execute a Quitclaim Deed
to Mrs . Margaret Pontichek for the following described property in
the City of Little Rock , County of Pulaski , State of Arkansas , to-wit:
The west 10 feet of the East 1/2 of Lots 5 and 6 ,
Block 1, OIL MILL ADDITION
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
