A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF A
REAL ESTATE APPRAISER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
employ a real estate appraiser to place a value on lands con-
demned by the City of Little Rock for park, parkway and road-
way purposes described in Ordinance No. 12 ,926 passed by the
Board of Directors May 7 , 1974 and render such services as
may be needed to the City in the litigation which is contem-
plated and provided for by Section 2 of said Ordinance 12 ,926 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
