A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
FOR TITLE I OF THE COMPREHENSIVE EMPLOYMENT
AND TRAINING ACT OF 1973 ; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The Comprehensive Plan for Title I of the Com-
prehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973 is hereby adopted
by the City of Little Rock. Said Plan reflects staff recom-
mendations for the delivery of manpower services in the Central
Arkansas area, composed of the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Saline County, Faulkner County and Lonoke County. The
Plan, as proposed, has been recommended by the Central Arkansas
Manpower Planning Council. Recommendations contained therein
are based on past program monitoring, evaluation and proven
effectiveness and should be most beneficial to the City. The
City of Little Rock, as administrative arm, is assured of
adequate administrative and fiscal control to insure efficient
delivery of services .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
