A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EMPLOYEE REFER-
ENDUM REGARDING PARTICIPATION IN THE WORK-
MEN' S COMPENSATION PROGRAM; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to conduct an Employee Referendum regarding the
question of the City' s participation in the Workmen ' s Compen-
sation Program as provided by Act 469 of the 1973 General
Assembly of Arkansas . In connection therewith , the City Manager
is further ordered and directed to set a date certain for the
said Referendum and prepare employee orientation sessions for
all affected persons .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
