A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF
EDWARD G. SMITH & ASSOCIATES, ENGINEERS,
TO CONDUCT PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING WORK FOR
TWO CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS ; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The engineering firm of Edward G. Smith
& Associates , 401 Victory Street, Little Rock , Arkansas is
hereby employed to provide preliminary engineering work for
the following two Capital Improvement Projects :
a) The alignment of the intersection of Fair Park
and Asher Avenue
b) Drainage improvements in the vicinity of Ottenheimer
Park in Cloverdale Addition.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
