A RESOLUTION GRANTING A UTILITY EASEMENT
TO SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Southwestern Bell Telephone Company is
hereby granted a ten foot (10) wide easement along the
west line of the NW4 NE4 and the SWQ NE4 , Section 26 , T-1-N,
R-13-W in Pulaski County, Arkansas for the purpose of laying
an underground cable. For the consideration of this said
easement, Southwestern Bell Telephone Company will pay to
the City of Little Rock the sum of thirty (30 ) cents per
square foot.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
