A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
MAKE APPLICATION FOR LEAA FUNDS TO SUPPORT
AND CONTINUE THE FIRST OFFENDER PROGRAM IN
COOPERATION WITH THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL
COURT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1 . The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to submit an application to the Arkansas Commission
for Crime and Law Enforcement for LEAA funds in the amount
of $21, 191. 00 for the continuation of the Municipal Court 's
First Offender Program for the period July 1 , 1974 to
July 1, 1975 . It is understood that the local share to be
provided by the City of Little Rock will be $9 ,026 . 00
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
