A RESOLUTION GRANTING A FRANCHISE FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE IN THE PUBLIC
RIGHT-OF-WAY OF PINE VALLEY ROAD; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The owners of certain property along South
Road Terrace are hereby granted a franchise to construct a
six foot high fence along Pine Valley Road within the public
right-of-way of said Road in order to control trespassing on
their property which adjoins Pine Valley Road and to prevent
trash and litter from being thrown from the road onto their
property.
SECTION 2 . This franchise is granted on the condition
that if at some time in the future it becomes necessary for
the City of Little Rock to utilize the right-of-way for any
purposes deemed necessary , then the owners or owners of said
property along which the fence is constructed shall be re-
quired to remove the fence and encroachment and restore the
said property to its condition at the time of the granting
of this franchise and at their sole expense.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
