RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THAT THE STATE
HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT AWARD CONTRACT FOR
PHASE I OF GEYER SPRINGS ROAD WIDENING
PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
hereby recommends to the State Highway Department that a contract
be awarded to Bituminous , Inc. of Arkansas for Phase I of the Geyer
Springs Widening Project and a work order issued to Bituminous Inc.
to proceed with the work. Funds for this project have heretofore
been appropriated by Ordinance No. 12 , 880 passed December 18, 1973 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
