A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE
AGREEMENTS FOR HOSPITALIZATION AND LIFE INSURANCE FOR
CITY EMPLOYEES ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
I BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute an agreement with Fidelity Bankers Life Insurance
Company of Richmond, Virginia to be serviced through the
Arkansas Municipal League whereby hospitalization insurance
would be provided for all active employees of the City of
Little Rock with all premium cost at a rate not to exceed
$13 . 12 per employee per month being paid by the City of
Little Rock.
SECTION 2 . The City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute an agreement with National Investors Insurance
Company whereby life insurance would be provided for all
active employees of the City of Little Rock with all premium
cost at a rate not to exceed 43 per $1 ,000 . 00 of insurance
per employee per month.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
