A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF
A REGISTERED ELECTRICAL ENGINEER TO PERFORM
ENGINEERING SERVICES IN THE RELOCATION OF
THAT PORTION OF THE FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AFFECTED
BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF I-630 ; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1 . The City Manager is hereby authorized to
employ Mr. Charles Deitz , registered electrical engineer,
to perform the engineering services necessary to accomplish
the relocation of that portion of the fire alarm system
affected by the construction of I-630 in the City of Little
Rock.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
