A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEDICATION DEED
FROM THE LITTLE ROCK HOUSING AUTHORITY TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1 . The City of Little Rock hereby accepts title
from the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas
to the following described parcels of land all situated in
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas , to-wit:
All of Lots 5, 6 and 7 , Block 27 , Braddock' s
Boulevard Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas;
AND
All of Lots 11 , 12 , 13 and 14 , Block 30 , Braddock' s
Boulevard Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas;
AND
All of Lots 3 , 4 , 5, 6 and 7 , Block 29, Braddock' s
Boulevard Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas;
AND
All of Lots 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5, 6, 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 and
11 , Block 8 , Woodlawn Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas;
AND
All of Lots 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 , 11 and 12 ,

Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 6,

said tract containing 0 . 630 acres more or less.
SECTION 2. Conveyance of title to the properties described
in Section 1 hereof shall be by Dedication Deed of the Housing
Authority of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas containing,
among other things, covenants running with said land. Said
Dedication Deed is in form and substance as shown on Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, the same as though
set out herein word for word.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.

That the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a
corporation organized under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
Arkansas, Grantor, by its Chairman of the Board of Commissioners and its
Secretary, for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby dedicate, grant, sell and quit-claim unto the •
City of Little Rock, Arkansas , Grantee, and unto- its successors and
assigns forever, the following described land situated in the County of

Arkansas and unto its successors and assigns forever with all
appurtenances thereunto belonging. The above described land is subject
to easement from Housing Authority of The City of Little Rock„Arkansas

to The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the location, operation and
maintenance of a drainage ditch known. as Swaggerty Branch, and related
facilities which easement is dated August 13 , 1973 and is of record in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, Deed Record Book 1271 at page 367.
Grntee, as part of the consideration hereof, also agrees to the
following as covenants running with the land:
(a) For a period of twenty (20) years ending January 10 , 1991 ,
to devote the property only for public use in accordance
with the Urban Renewal Plan for the Neighborhood Develop-
ment Program, ARK A-9, dated January 10 , 1971 , on file in
the Office of The City Clerk, Little Rock, Pulaski County ,
Arkansas
(b) Not to discriminate upon the basis of race , color, creed or
national origin in the sale, lease or rental or in the use
or occupancy of the property or any improvements erected or
to be erected thereon, or any part thereof. The United
States of iWc'rie,a shall be a beneficiary of ths! forcco.il\,; -
covenant and is entitled to enforce it.
The Housing AuLhou.i ty of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , heeehy

covenants with said City of Little Rock, Arkansas that it will forever
warrant and defend the title to said lands against all claims and
encumbrances done or suffered by it, but against none other
