A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE FOR
MODEL CITIES CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS FROM THE LITTLE
ROCK HOUSING AUTHORITY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby approves the
purchase from the Little Rock Housing Authority of Lots 1 , 2 ,
3 and 4 , Block B, East End Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, for a purchase price of $25 , 625. 00;
said property to be used as a site for a Mini-Mart Shopping
Center in the Model Cities Program. Said purchase price
shall be paid from Model Cities funds and shall be dispersed
subject to the approval of the City Attorney of a Deed of
Conveyance to the City of Little Rock, conveying fee simple
title of the subject property to the City.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
