A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ASSIGNMENT BY
T. A. FUZZELL OF THE LEASE OF CERTAIN LANDS
OWNED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK IN WAR
MEMORIAL PARK TO BE USED FOR AMUSEMENT RIDES ,
CONCESSION AND CARNIVAL SHOWS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1 . In satisfaction of provisions of Section 6,
Page 3 of that certain Lease Agreement between T . A. Fuzzell,
as Lessee, and the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as Lessor,
0 dated July 9 , 1968 , the City of Little Rock hereby declines
to purchase the said leasehold interest and amusement operation
including all facilities situated thereon and approves the assign-
ment by said Lessee of said leasehold interest to Doyle O'Kelly,
it being understood that the agreement to said assignment
is conditioned on the proposition that all terms and conditions
of said Lease Agreement shall be binding and remain in full
force and effect from and throughout the term as is therein
provided.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
