A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION TO
THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF LABOR FOR
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO BE DESIGNATED
AS "COMPREHENSIVE MANPOWER PROGRAM II" AND
THE ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH DESIGNATION; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The mayor acting for and on behalf of the
City of Little Rock is hereby authorized to make application to
the United States Department of Labor requesting that the City
of Little Rock be designated as a "Comprehensive Manpower
Program II" City and further execute on behalf of the City
an acceptance of such designation at the time that such
may be appropriate.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
