A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION TO THE
ARKANSAS COMMISSION ON CRIME AND LAW ENFORCE-
MENT FOR GRANT FUNDS TO BE USED FOR THE ACQUI-
SITION OF EQUIPMENT FOR THE LITTLE ROCK FIRE
DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to make
application to the Arkansas Commission on Crime and Law Enforce-
ment for funds to be used for the purpose of purchasing equipment
for the Bomb Squad of the Little Rock Fire Department for a
total purchase cost of $4 , 692 , 44 of which amount the sum of
$469 . 25 will be provided for by the City of Little Rock and the
sum of $4 ,223. 19 provided from federal grant funds .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
