A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER
INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE UNITED STATES
CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION FOR AN INTER-
GOVERNMENTAL PERSONNEL ACT MOBILE ASSIGNMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute such contract documents as may be required to obtain
the services of Mr . Scotty Stockton, the regional technical
adviser for the United States Civil Service Commission for a
six month period commencing January 15 , 1974 through an inter-
governmental personnel act mobile assignment. It being under-
stood that the City assumes responsibility for payment of sixty
(60%) percent of his normal salary plus per diem costs .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
