RESOLUTION NO. 5,115
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF
HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE STREETS AND
ALLEYS IN BLOCKS 1, 2, AND 3, OF THE CLINTON PARK
ADDITION AND BLOCKS 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, AND 9, OF
MC LEAN'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 29th day of October, 1973,
asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of the streets
and alleys in Blocks 1, 2, and 3 of the Clinton Park Addition and
Blocks 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 of McLean's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of said Additions now appearing
of record in Plat Book 2, Page 14, and Plat Book 1, Page 203, in the
office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however,
to any public utility easements located in said streets and alleys.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
IDIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock P. M. ,
on the 15th day of January , 1974.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of
such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week
for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County,
Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
