A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXCHANGE WITH LITTLE
ROCK FURNITURE MANUFACTURE COMPANY OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY LOCATED IN BLOCK B, FLETCHER AND CLARK' S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
WHEREAS , the City of Little Rock is the owner of Lot 3 ,
and all that part of Lot 4 , except the South 80 feet of Block
B, Fletcher and Clark ' s Addition to the City of Little Rock;
and
WHEREAS , Little Rock Furniture Manufacture Company is the
owner of the South 80 feet of Lots 5 , 6 , and 7 , Block B,
Fletcher and Clark ' s Addition to the City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS , the City of Little Rock and Little Rock Furniture
Manufacture Company find it mutually advantageous to exchange
by deeds of conveyance the said properties herein set forth
and desire to effect such exchange without additional consid-
eration.
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock does hereby approve
the exchange , with the Little Rock Furniture Manufacture Com-
pany by Quitclaim Deed of Lot 3 and all of Lot 4 , except the
South 80 feet thereof, Block B, Fletcher and Clark ' s Addition
to the City of Little Rock for a conveyance by Little Rock
Furniture Manufacture Company in favor of the City of Little
Rock of the South 80 feet of Lots 5 , 6 and 7 , Block B , Flet-
cher and Clark ' s Addition to the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute a Quitclaim Deed in favor of Little Rock Furniture
Manufacture Company of the City owned property identified in
Section 1 hereof and deliver same to Little Rock Furniture
Manufacture Company in exchange for a like conveyance by Little
Rock Furniture Manufacture Company of the property identified
in Section herein to be conveyed to the City of Little Rock, all
without exchange of payment by either party of additional con-
sideration.

SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
