A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF
A CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT TO PERFORM
THE AUDIT FOR THE 1973 RECREATION SUPPORT
PROGRAM IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to
retain the firm of Lloyd Lynn & Co. , Certified Public Accoun-
tants for the purpose of performing an audit and making the
customary reports for the 1973 recreation support program of
the City of Little Rock , Arkansas .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
