A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF
MR. WAYNE CRANFORD FROM THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER AND APPOINTING
MR. JAMES D. JOHNSON TO FILL THE VACANCY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The resignation of Mr. Wayne Cranford as Trustee
from the Arkansas Arts Center is hereby accepted and Mr. James D.
Johnson is hereby appointed to fill the vacancy created by the
said resignation. Mr. Johnson ' s term will expire October 1, 1977.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
