A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. DALE
BOOTH TO THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Mr. Dale Booth is hereby appointed to fill
the unexpired term of Mr. Glen F. Rogers as a member of the
Civil Service Commission caused by the resignation of Mr.
Rogers . Said term expires on the first day of April , 1977 .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
