HomeMy WebLinkAbout5096 RESOLUTION NO. 5 ,096 A RESOLUTION COMMITTING THE CITY TO CONSTRUCT A NEW ENTRANCE ROAD INTO KANIS PARK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. To satisfy the request of the Arkansas State Highway Department, the City of Little Rock hereby commits to construct at its expense a new access road into Kanis Park , which road will be approximately three hundred and fifty (350) feet in length and consist of approximately one thousand (1 ,000) square yards of hard surfacing. Said road will be in the ap- proximate location indicated on Exhibit "A" depicting Kanis Park attached hereto and made a part hereof. SECTION 2 .
