RESOLUTION NO 5 ,092
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT
TO THE CONTRACT WITH TENENBAUM COMPANY
FOR DISPOSAL OF JUNK AUTOMOBILES; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . That certain Contract entered into by and
between the City of Little Rock and Tenenbaum Company for the
disposal of junked automobiles pursuant to authority of Reso-
lution #5070 adopted October 2 , 1973 , is hereby amended to
provide the following language as an addition to and condition
of said contract :
"The City will indemnify and hold contractor harmless
from claims by owners of and/or persons , firms or
corporations claiming liens against such junk automo-
biles . "
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
