RESOLUTION OF THE. BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE
DATE. OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE
AN ALLEY IN BLOCK 74 ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 20th
day of September, 1973, asking the Board of Directors to vacate
and abandon all of that certain alley in Block 74 of the Original
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on that certain
plat recorded in Deed Record Book L at page 330 of the Records
of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public
utility easements, if any, located in said alley.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at
7:30 o'clock P.M. , on the 4th day of December ,
19.73.
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published
in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the
City of Little Rock.
