RESOLUTION NO. 5,088
R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The acquisition of approximately 335 acres now owned
by W. H. Griffin and Wilsie Griffin, his wife, a descrip-
tion of which is attached hereto, is hereby authorized
for the price of $750,000 payable $100,000 on closing and
the balance in ten (10) equal annual payments bearing
six (6) percent interest with closing to be accomplished
within 30 days .

A parcel of land situated in Fractional Sections 14, 15, and 23, Township 1 North,
Range 11 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the SE-1/4, Fractional Section 15; thence
Northerly along the West line of said SE-1/4, Fractional Section 15, 1,808.12 feet to the point
of beginning, said point being on the center line of Fourche Bayou; thence deflect 36° 39' right
2,356 feet to the Ordinary High Water Line of the Arkansas River; thence Southeasterly along
the said Ordinary High Water Line of the Arkansas River to a point; said point being the
intersection of the Ordinary High Water Line and the West line of the NW-1/4, Fractional
Section 14; thence Southerly along the said West line of the NW 1/4, Fractional Section 14
200.0 feet to a point; thence Southeasterly along the Arc of a curve to the right having a
• radius of 6,403.14 feet to a point; said point being 3,800.90 feet East and 434.33 feet South of the
Northwest corner of said Fractional Section 23; thence Northwesterly along a line 1,610.0 feet
to a point; said point being 2,242.24 feet East and 31.0 feet South of said Northwest corner of
Fractional Section 23; thence Westerly along a line 385.0 feet to a point, said point being 1,857.24
feet East and 31.0 feet South of said Northwest corner of Fractional Section 23; thence Northerly
31.0 feet to a point; said point being on the South line of Fractional Section 14 and 1,857.24
feet East of the Southwest corner of said Fractional Section 14; thence Westerly along the South
line of Fractional Sections 14. and 15 to the center line of Fourche Bayou; thence Northwesterly
along the.center line of Fourche Bayou to the Point of Beginning. Said parcel contains 319
acres, more or less.
