A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, The following persons are hereby appointed to a four
year term commencing October 1, 1973, as members of the Board of Trustees of
the Arkansas Arts Center:

SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
