RESOLUTION NO . 5,070
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACTS FOR THE
PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES , ELECTRICAL WORK AT THE
HANGER HILL PARK, LABOR FOR WORK AT WAR MEM-
ORIAL PARK AND FOR DISPOSAL OF JUNK AUTOMOBILES;
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS , invitation for bids have been duly published and
bids received pursuant thereto for the purchase of certain
supplies , for electrical work at Hanger Hill Park , for labor
at War Memorial Park and for the disposal of junk automobiles ;
and,
WHEREAS , the lowest responsible and responsive bids based
on said invitations have been determined and it is the desire
of the Board of Directors to award contracts accordingly.
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK , ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Contracts are hereby awarded to the following
successful bidders for the purchase of supplies and the fur-
nishing of services as set out below:

SECTION 2 . Upon delivery , installation and/or per-
formance of services as identified in Section 1 hereof com-
plying in all respects with bidding requirements and specifica-
tions , the City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby
authorized to issue the necessary warrant or warrants in
payment thereof.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
