A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO OUTDOOR ADVERTISING
BILLBOARDS ON PUBLIC OWNED PROPERTY; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. All Departments and Agencies of the City
Government are hereby urged to refrain from allowing outdoor
advertising billboards to be erected and maintained on public
owned property under their control and jurisdiction pending
the preparation and passage by the City of Little Rock of a
sign ordinance.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
