A RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING THE INABILITY OF ROBERT
TAYLOR TO ACCEPT AN APPOINTMENT AS A MEMBER OF THE
LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL PARKING AUTHORITY; EXPRESSING
APPRECIATION FOR HIS DEDICATED PRIOR SERVICE IN SUCH
CAPACITY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Mr . Robert Taylor has made known his inability to
accept reappointment as a member of the Little Rock Municipal Park-
ing Authority which reappointment was made by Resolution No. 5 ,045
dated August 7, 1973 .
SECTION 2 . The people of this City are genuinely appreciative
for the exceptional dedicated public service of Mr. Taylor as a
member of the Parking Authority from August 1, 1966 through August
1, 1973 during which time the Parking Authority by its time, energy,
talents and imagination has made possible the recent opening of the
Municipal Parking Garage at the Convention Center Complex ajacent
to the Municipal Auditorium.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
