A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EITHER E. JACK MURPHY OR
JOSEPH C. KEMP, ACTING CITY MANAGERS TO SIGN CONTRACT
AGREEMENTS WITH THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF LABOR.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. Either E. Jack Murphy or Joseph C. Kemp, acting City
Managers, are hereby authorized to execute for and on behalf of the
City of Little Rock contract agreements with the United States Depart-
ment of Labor.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
ADOPTED: September 4, 1973
