A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS FOR EQUIPMENT ,
SUPPLIES AND LABOR; AUTHORIZING PAYMENTS ; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
WHEREAS , invitation for bids have been duly published and
bids received based thereon for the purchase of various items
of equipment, supplies and labor; and
WHEREAS , the lowest responsible and responsive bids based
on said invitations have been determined and it is the desire
of the Board of Directors to award contracts accordingly.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. Contracts are hereby awarded to the following
identified persons , firms or corporations for the equipment and/
or labor and/or supplies and at the prices set opposite as
follows :

SECTION 2 . Upon receipt of the equipment and/or supplies
and the completion of the work on the various contracted items
identified by Section 1 hereof all in keeping and in confor-
mance with plans and specifications for same , the City Manager
and Director of Finance are hereby authorized to issue separate
warrants in payment of the respective purchase prices all as
herein provided for.

SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
