A RESOLUTION RESERVING FOR A PERIOD OF 60 DAYS
FOR DETERMINING AS TO WHETHER THE MASTER PARKS
PLAN PROVISIONS SHOULD BE WAIVED AS TO RIVER
RIDGE RANCHETTES PROJECT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby reserves for a period
of 60 days the matter of determining whether to waive the Master Parks
Plan as such applies to property identified as 8800 Block of West
Rebsamen Park Road (River Ridge Ranchettes) .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
