A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE MASTER PARKS PLAN AS TO
CERTAIN PROPERTY AFFECTED THEREIN; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. All provisions of the Master Parks Plan of the City
of Little Rock are hereby waived as such now apply to the following
described property situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas, to-wit :
Part of the N2, SW4, Section 33, T-2-N, R-12-W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the SE corner of the NW4 SW4 said Section 33,
thence West 75 .3 ' to the East R. O.W. line for the CRI & P
railroad; thence N 53 ° 07 ' W along said R. O.W. line 766.8 ' ;
thence N 89 ° 47 ' E 686. 9 ' ; thence N 89 ° 56 ' E 356.8 ' ; thence
N 09' 19 ' W 427 .4 ' ; thence N 86 ° 36 ' E 328. 7 ' ; thence S 31°
25 ' E 500 .3 ' ; thence S 89 ° 44 ' W 46.4 ' ; thence S 36 ° 59 ' E
218 .4 ' ; thence S 49° 00 ' W 254. 6 ' ; thence South 125 .0 ' to a
point on the South line of the N z SW4 said section 33; thence
West along said South line 836. 1 ' to the point of beginning,
containing 16.2 acres .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
