A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A CORRECTION DEED FOR LANDS CONVEYED
TO THE ARKANSAS POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY; AND FOR
AN EASEMENT CONVEYED TO SAID COMPANY; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. By proper Resolution of the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock a Deed conveying 4 . 3 acres of land in the
Little Rock Port Industrial District and another Deed conveying a
60-foot easement in said Industrial District was executed by the
Mayor of the City of Little Rock. Since that time, it has been
discovered that the legal descriptions in these conveyances are
erroneous and that correct deeds should be furnished to the Arkansas
Power and Light Company showing the correct description of the land
sold and the correct description of the easement. The land conveyed
by the City to the Arkansas Power and Light Company is described as
follows:
A parcel of land located in the NE4, NA and the NW4,
NE4, Section 21, T-1-N, R-11-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas
and being more particularly described as follows :
Commencing at the SE corner of the NW4, NE4, Section
21, T-1-N, R-11-W, thence N 88° 47 ' 55" W, 1315 . 32
feet along the south line of the NW4 , NE4 , Section
21 to the SW corner of the NW4, NE4 Section 21,
thence N 88° 47 ' 55" W, 63 .08 feet along the south
line of the NE4, NW4 cF said Section 21, to the
intersection of said south line and the east line of
a 125 . 0 foot gas transmission easement owned by the
Natural Gas Pipe Line Company of America; thence N
17° 14 ' 27" E, 103. 96 feet along said east line of
the Natural Gas Pipe Line Company of America easement
to the Point of Beginning; thence from the Point of
Beginning continue N 17° 14 ' 27" E, 462 . 01 feet
along said east easement line to a point, thence S
88° 47 ' 55" E, 372 . 12 feet to a point, thence S 10
33 ' 10" W, 444 . 04 feet to a point on the north line
of a 100 foot Little Rock Port Authority Drainage
Easement, said 100 foot easement being bordered on
the south by the south line (and south line extended)
of the NW4 , of the NE4 of said Section 21, thence
N 88° 47 ' 55" W, 497 . 05 feet along the north line
of said drainage easement to the intersection of
said north line and the east line of said 125 foot
gas line easement, said intersection being the
Point of beginning. Said parcel contains 4 . 43 acres ,
more or less .

The proper description of the easement conveyed to the Arkansas
Power and Light Company is as follows:
An access easement across part of the NW;, of the NEa
of Section 21, Township 1 North, Range 11 West located
in the Little Rock Port Industrial park Subdivision to
the City of Little Rock , Pulaski County, Arkansas, and
being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of Track A, Area 102 of said
Little Rock Port Industrial Park Subdivision said point
being on the East line of a 125-foot Natural Gas Pipeline
Company of America easement; thence North 17° 14 ' 27"
East 673 . 89 feet along said East easement line to a point
thence North 11° 7 ' 29" East 69. 07 feet along said ease-
ment line to a point on the South right-of-way line of
Frazier Pike; thence South 88° 47 ' 31" East 60 . 91 feet
along the South right-of-way line of said Frazier Pike
to the intersection of said South right-of-way line and
a line that runs 60 feet from and parallel to the East
easement line of said Natural Gas Pipeline Company of
America easement; thence along said parallel line South
11° 7 ' 29" West 82 . 70 feet to a point; thence continuing
along said parallel line South 17° 14 ' 27" West 506 . 00
feet to a point; thence South 1° 33 ' 10" West 147 . 92 feet
to a point on the North property line of Track A, Area
102 of the Little Rock Port Industrial Park, thence along
said North property line North 88° 47 ' 55" West 104. 05
feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel contains
1 . 1 acres more or less .
SECTION 2 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute said correct deeds for the purposes of correcting the erroneous
descriptions in the deeds previously delivered to the Arkansas Power
and Light Company.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
