A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION FOR
LEAA FUNDS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager, acting for and on behalf of
the City of Little Rock is hereby authorized to prepare , execute
and make application with the Arkansas Commission on Crime & Law
Enforcement for LEAA funds in the amount of $78 ,422 . 00 to be
used for expansion of the Narcotics Bureau. It is understood
that the State will match this Grant with $10 ,912 cash and the
City' s share of $37 ,594 . 00 will be all in-kind services .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
