A RESOLUTION ENDORSING AND SUPPORTING THE
PROPOSAL OF THE ARKANSAS HIGHWAY DEPART-
MENT TO PROVIDE A BIKE-WAY ALONG THE WILBUR
MILLS FREEWAY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby concurs with and
supports the proposal and plan of the Arkansas State Highway
Department to budget and provide a Bike-way along the Wilbur Mills
Freeway. The City of Little Rock commits to participate in providing
this bike-way in those areas along the Freeway where existing rights-
of way are inadequate and in such other instances where public pro-
perty in the City of Little Rock would have to be utilized for such
bike-way.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
