A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS , SETTING THE
DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION TO VACATE EAST
SEVENTH STREET ADJACENT TO BLOCK B, EAST END
ADDITION AND BLOCK 1 , FAIRGROUNDS ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , a Petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the 21st day of May
1973 , asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of
East Seventh Street in Block B of East End Addition and Block 1 of
Fairgrounds Addition to the City of Little Rock, as designated on
the plats of said Additions now appearing of record in Plat Book
2 , Pages 35 & 14 , in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas , subject, however, to any public utility easements
located in said East Seventh Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THELBOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The hearing on said Petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7 :30 o' clock
p.m. , on the 17th day of July , 1973 .
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication
once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published
in Pulaski County, Arkansas , and having general circulation in the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas .
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
