RESOLUTION NO. 5,002
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SIGNING OF A SEWER EASEMENT
IN HINDMAN PARK BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, Suburban Sewer Improvement District No. 219 requests
an easement through a portion of Hindman Park to connect a trunk
line to an existing sewer trunk line, and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department have assurances
of the District that Hindman Park will be put back in as good or
better condition as before said sewer line is laid in said ease-
ment and it appearing that it is for the best interest of the
residents of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, that said ease-
ment be granted;
BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, shall be authorized through its Mayor to sign a 20
foot easement through Hindman Park as shown on a survey plat
attached to this Resolution.
