A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
MAKE APPLICATION TO THE UNITED STATES DEPART-
MENT OF LABOR FOR TRANSPORTATION FUNDS FOR THE
SUMMER YOUTH PROGRAM IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized acting
for and on behalf of the City to execute and submit application
to the United States Department of Labor for Labor Department
and Transportation Department funds in the amount of $4 ,200 . 00
to be used to provide transportation costs for the summer youth
program in the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
