A RESOLUTION COMMITTING THE CITY TO
PARTICIPATE WITH PULASKI COUNTY AND
THE ARKANSAS STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT
AND OTHERS IN THE COST OF IMPROVEMENTS
AT THE SCOTT HAMILTON-INTERSTATE I30
INTERCHANGE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby commits to
participate with Pulaski County, the Arkansas State Highway
Department and other interested parties and entities in de-
fraying the cost of planned improvements for the interchange
at Scott Hamilton Drive and Interstate I30 in the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas .
SECTION 2 . This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
